- The client reference, potential client identification, and initial negotiations must all be done by the reference partner.
- Qodum will handle the product demonstration, negotiations, and order completion over the Internet or in person.
- Qodum alone will handle the contract/billing for the product with the client.
- Qodum will handle the software implementation, training, and post-sale support.
- According to the amount of modules used and the client discount, a reference margin of 10–15% will be given to the Reference Partner.
2. Joint Venture Partner
The “Associate Partner Plan” would be suitable for people or businesses with extensive networks within academic institutions. Technical and prior marketing knowledge are required. Without making any financial obligations, put in time and effort to get a promising lifetime income.
- The Associate Partner would be expected to identify the client, present the product both online and in person, negotiate, and complete the order.
- Once the product is deployed, the partner will also conduct training sessions and offer post-purchase assistance.
- Either Qodum or the Associate Partner may administer the Contract/Billing.
- Depending on the product’s modules and licence charge, an associate partner will receive a business margin of 20–30%.
- Additionally, how many units are sold over a predetermined period will determine this.
- While the contract is in effect, the Partner is qualified to receive the agreed-upon business margin of the recurring yearly licence fee.
3. Specialised Partner
The “Exclusive Partner Plan” would be appropriate for businesses with extensive networks within the educational sector. Prior technical and marketing expertise is necessary. Time and money well spent at upscale locations with lifetime rewards guaranteed.
- The exclusive partner would be expected to identify the customer, present the product both online and in person, negotiate, and complete the order.
- Once the product is deployed, the partner will also conduct training sessions and offer post-purchase assistance.
- The exclusive partner may be in charge of managing the contract or billing.
- The exclusive partner will be given a fixed margin of 50%.
- The exclusive partner is required to execute and make a guaranteed advance purchase of 10–40 unit sales per year.
- Depending on where you are, you may buy more or less company units.
- While the contract is in effect, the exclusive partner is qualified to receive the agreed-upon business margin of the recurring yearly licence price.
