BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Role: ERP Business Development Manager (BDM)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective strategies for promoting ERP solutions.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in ERP solutions.
Client Engagement:
- Understand the business needs and challenges of prospective clients.
- Present ERP solutions effectively, emphasizing their benefits and addressing client concerns.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive and customized proposals for ERP implementation.
- Ensure proposals align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements for both the client and the company.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market trends.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
- Knowledge of CRM
- Good verbal and written communication skill especially English.
- Good presentation skills
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Must have experience in sales.
- The ability to think creatively and strategically
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
- Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations.
- Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities, and go after them with gusto
- Ability to work independently without supervision. Keen sense of using the internet and telephone as a medium to connect with customers.
- Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
- Dedication to provide great customer service
REQUIRED RESOURCES
- Would be required to maintain a personal laptop, smart cell phone, and good internet connectivity.
- Candidate must have their own vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) (We’ll provide candidate with the fuel expenses @ Rs. 3.5 per km for two-wheeler & Rs. 8.5 per km for four-wheeler).
Remuneration
Annual CTC will be:
MBA: Rs. 6,00,000/- where (3 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)
BBA: Rs. 5,28,000/- where (2.64 LPA Fixed + 2.64 LPA Variable)
